Menstrual Cycle Clocks
The Inner Seasons Menstrual Cycle Clock tracks your cycle daily and shows you the best times to take part in activities that have a positive influence on your body, mind and spirit. You’ll feel in tune with your emotions and more confident as you live in harmony with your body’s natural rhythm.
Tracking your menstrual cycle daily with a clock helps you stay present to the wisdom of your physical body and transforms the way you experience your life as a woman.
Every menstrual cycle has 4 distinct phases called Inner Seasons that help you improve your relationships and create the life you aspire to.
Our clocks are easy to use, just set the hand to day 1 when your period starts and the hand moves forward once a day, making a full rotation in 29 days. As you journey around your Inner Seasons, you’ll be reminded to slow down and be kinder to yourself during your premenstrual phase when you’re feeling more sensitive, and encouraged to stretch your comfort zones when your body and brain chemistry is primed for a challenge. Reconnecting with your body’s natural rhythm in this way, you’ll unlock previously hidden and inspirational aspects of your feminine nature and love being a woman every day of the month.

The Menstrual Cycle clock has a single hand that makes a full rotation in 29.5 days. It requires 1 x AA battery (not included). If your menstrual cycle is more or less than 29 days, I recommend setting your dial twice a month for better accuracy; on day 1 of your cycle and again mid-cycle at ovulation set the hand to day 15. This will improve the accuracy of the clock to indicate when your period is due. (More FAQ’s below)
FASCINATING FACT: A woman’s menstrual cycle is a fixed length of 12-14 days after ovulation, as this is how long it takes for the corpus luteum to dissolve and signal to our body to menstruate. The corpus luteum is the follicle from which an egg is released at ovulation and produces progesterone in the second half of our cycle. So your cycle can vary in length in the first half (meaning you could have a longer or shorter inner spring and summer), but it never varies in the second half. This makes it easy to predict exactly when your period next is due. A woman’s body is so clever!
I love my menstrual cycle clock! It’s so useful and pretty as well. I love how it supports me on my path as a cyclical woman and how much easier the clock makes it to integrate my menstrual wisdom in my daily life.
The quality of the clock is really good. I absolutely love the design as I can read the emotions and the day of my cycle at the same time. The clock is so different from an app and has had such a positive impact on how I show up in every aspect of life.
I was already tracking my cycles and living according to them before I had my clock, but there’s something about having a visual reminder above my desk that helps me to plan my life more in accordance with my flow! I really enjoy each phase more and I’m more accepting of my cyclic nature. This has improved my relationship with myself and the value I’ve placed on living cyclically increases each month!

My cycle is more or less than 29 days, will it work for me?
Yes it can still work for you. I recommend setting your dial twice a month, on day 1 of your cycle and again midway at ovulation for better accuracy.
This improves accuracy because a woman’s menstrual cycle is a fixed length of 12-14 days after ovulation, as this is how long it takes for the corpus luteum to dissolve and signal to our body to menstruate. The corpus luteum is the follicle from which an egg is released at ovulation and produces progesterone in the second half of our cycle. So your cycle is more likely to vary in length in the first half (meaning you could have a longer or shorter inner spring and summer), but it rarely varies in the second half. This makes it easy to predict exactly when your period next is due.
How does it work?
You set the hand to on day 1 of your cycle when you get your period and the clock moves forward each day to give you a good indication of which phase or Inner Season of your cycle you’re in.
The beautifully illustrated booklet includes practical information for each Inner Season to help you live life in the flow of your hormonal rhythm. We’ve also included a menstrual cycle map with quick reference tips to support you being ‘in flow’.
How long will it take for me to get started?
On average about 15 minutes initially and then about 5-10 minutes a week will be enough to familiarise yourself with each Inner Season. I also offer one-to-one mentoring.
Who is the Menstrual Cycle Clock for?
