Spring equinox is fast approaching. It’s time to bring out our broomsticks and sweep away the debris of the past. To unearth the source of our power and step onto our true path of passion, purpose and prosperity.

This time of year energetically aligned with the Inner Spring of the menstrual cycle, mid way between our period and ovulation. In the Lunar cycle it’s the waxing half moon. While there are days where I really feel the rising energy of Spring, it’s often contrasted with moments of deep sadness and separation. It’s a challenging time for us all right now, so I’m sure you’ve been feeling this polarity too?

We can use this time in the cycle to grow and expand, but it’s not always as easy as we’d like it to be. The long dark winter months take us deep within ourselves to reflect, heal and transform, and awakening from this space often requires some heavy lifting.

These past few months have been really confrontational for me. I’ve had to revisit many painful moments in my life that I’d already done a lot of healing on. There have been moments I’ve really fallen apart emotionally. It’s affected my relationship with my husband and my business. I’ve had to stop everything and really listen to my body as I experienced a lot of physical pain.

The support of my sister circle has helped me tremendously through these dark moments. When I really hit rock bottom, one of my friends suggested I stop trying to fix things and I just be with what is. She reminded me how radial acceptance and handing over the healing to the divine was a powerful act of surrender. And that’s what really helped me turn the page.

During my last period I woke early one morning with a beautiful prayer of radical acceptance circling in my head. Hot tears roll down my face to meet the pillow as I lay my hand upon my womb and receive the transmission.

I would like to extend this prayer to you. It landed in my world with an intention to reach many more hearts. To bring us all comfort and self acceptance of ‘what is’ during these challenging times.
